At Terminated.com Lawyers, we are devoted to representing individuals who have been subjected to wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, unpaid wages, and other unlawful employment actions. Our lawyers have experience representing very large employers (in the past), which gives us an advantage in representing employees. We understand the other side and you will benefit from that. We are wrongful termination lawyers. Retaliation lawyers. Discrimination lawyers. Harassment lawyers. Overtime lawyers. It is what we do. We don’t even try to be any other kind of lawyer. We are not interested in cases not related to employment. We do what we do and we do it well with decades of experience between us.

Most of our clients never thought they would be seeking a lawyer to remedy a wrongful termination, or for discrimination, or harassment, or retaliation. They are hard workers who have been wronged and have decided they cannot sit back and take it, or let it happen to someone else at the company. So, they stand up for themselves and for others. We carefully choose our clients so that we do not have to pretend to believe in them and their cases—we do believe in them and their cases.

Yes, we have been called “bullies” by huge international law firms that did not like how hard we were fighting for our clients. But we are okay with that. If zealously representing our clients and protecting their rights, and doing so using all tools and experience available to us, makes us “bullies,” then so be it. We happen to think these firms simply are not used to wrongful termination lawyers who are willing to take them on the way we do.
